The Titan skin tightening treatment offered at Milton Laser and Anti-Aging Clinic is an excellent treatment, recognized for effective collagen stimulation. Safe and painless, the progressive laser turns back the clock. A “non-surgical facelift” Titan safely uses infrared light to tighten and add volume to the skin. Titan gently heats the inner layers of the skin, causing collagen contraction and production. It is especially effective in reducing smile lines, lifting the brow and eyelids, and tightening the neck and jaw line. Results can be dramatic and will continue to improve for up to six months post-treatment. One to three treatments spaced out 4-6 weeks are recommended.

Who can be treated?

Since the Titan procedure is heating tissue under the skin’s surface, patients of any skin type can be treated. Men and women of all ages and skin type are potential candidates.

What does the Titan feel like?

With every pulse you will feel a brief rise in heat. The skin tightening procedure should feel marginally uncomfortable, but tolerable. Immediately following the treatment, you may notice some redness and mild swelling in the treated area. Both usually dissipate within a few hours.

When will I see results?

Some patients see results immediately. However, for most patients, the results are gradual over a three to six month period as new collagen is formed and the skin tightens.

What areas respond best to the Titan procedure?

Patients have been successfully treated on many areas of the body where skin elasticity is decreased. Loose skin along the jaw line, under the chin, the abdomen and upper arms have responded particularly well to the procedure.
